Heavenly Shine Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Missouri limited liability company operating in the Kansas City metropolitan area. By booking services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Service details, pricing, and scope of work will be confirmed prior to your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• Quotes are based on property size, condition, and requested services.

• Final pricing may change if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described.

• Add-on services must be requested prior to appointment.

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept approved electronic payment methods.

• Late payments may be subject to fees.

• Returned or failed payments may incur additional charges.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of future services and collections action if necessary.

4. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at management discretion.

5. Access to Property

Clients must ensure:

• Safe and lawful access to the property

• Running water and electricity

• Pets secured

• Hazardous materials disclosed

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a lock-out fee may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Missouri law:

• Heavenly Shine Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage.

• We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

• We are not liable for damage caused by faulty or unstable fixtures.

• Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to items not disclosed as fragile or high value.

​

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any disputes shall be resolved in a court located in Jackson County, Missouri.
